Hey there, welcome to iSpeakDog! I'm Tommy Stark, the Dog Director - behaviorist and trainer here in the heart of South Orange County, CA. I've personally spent over six months working on this site to ensure it answers as many of your questions as possible, including pricing, scheduling, and my extensive experience.
Way back in 2003, I started this journey, and in 2018, I brought my passion and expertise to California. Here's what I'm all about: Tailoring training sessions right in your home, guiding lively group classes, and co-leading epic pack walks with over 150 dogs – it's a sight to see! Plus, there's my little gem, Dee Dog Park in the San Juan Capistrano/Dana Point area. Check out ocdogpark.com – it's a private, members-only spot where dogs can just be dogs.
My goal? Simple. To help you and your dog build an incredible bond through effective, understanding-driven training. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one attention or the energy of group sessions, I’ve got you covered. I perfect dogs by correcting people! I train dogs through motivation and team building. I do NOT use or recommend the use of e-collars or remote training for basic obedience for pet homes.

These aren't just any classes; they're the product of 19 years of tail-wagging experience, suitable for puppies and adult dogs alike. Starting with the iSpeakDog! Puppy/Beginner class, it is all about building comfort and focusing amid distractions. And for the more seasoned pooches, the Intermediate Workshop turns up the notch with AKC Rally and Agility for a more advanced learning experience. Dee Dog Park combines the beauty of nature with the convenience of top-tier facilities, making it the ideal spot for dog owners looking for a local solution to their training needs. THE Pack Walk of OC (formally The La Pawz Dog Team) transforms the simple joy of walking your dog into a grand community event. Led by the renowned Dog Listener, Emily Haley, and myself, these monthly pack walks are more than just strolls through the park. They're a meticulously organized social symphony for up to 150 dogs, offering a unique opportunity for leash socialization in a safe, controlled environment. Crafted with care, each walk is a celebration of canine companionship, designed to enhance social skills and deepen the bonds between dogs and their owners.
