iSpeakDog! ("we," "us," or "our") operates the iSpeakDog! mobile application and the websites dogtraineroc.com and thedogdirector.com (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information you provide:

• Email address (used for client login and account lookup)
• Name and contact information you provide when scheduling lessons
• Phone number (used for appointment reminders via SMS)
• Information about your dog (name, breed, age, behavioral notes) that you choose to share
• Messages you send through in-app chat features

Information collected automatically:

• Device type and operating system
• App usage data (which screens you visit, features you use)
• Approximate location (only if you grant permission, used to confirm service area)

We do NOT collect:

• Payment card information (handled by third-party processors — Venmo, Zelle)
• Health data
• Photos or camera access (unless you choose to share a dog photo)
• Microphone audio
• Contacts from your address book

• Match you to your client record and show your remaining lesson balance
• Send appointment reminders and scheduling notifications via SMS
• Communicate with you about your training services
• Improve the app and our services
• Comply with legal obligations

Your client information is stored in our scheduling system (Trello), accessed via a secure API proxy (Cloudflare Workers) over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We retain your information for as long as you remain an active client, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax and legal obligations.

The app interacts with the following services:

• Trello (Atlassian) — stores your client record. See trello.com/legal.
• Cloudflare — hosts our API and app infrastructure. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• TextMagic — sends SMS appointment reminders. See textmagic.com/privacy-policy.
• Mailchimp (optional) — if you subscribe to the Weekly Woof newsletter. See mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

• Access the personal information we have about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of SMS reminders (reply STOP to any message)
• Unsubscribe from email communications (link in every email)
